I could not log my weight this week because I felt so awful. I gained back a few and got back to almost my beginning weight after a huge drop. I didn't log anything this week. This weekend, I'm going food shopping and I may do a juice cleanse. I feel so frustrated. I have been working out and staying under my calories, drinking tons of water and hardly any junk. My only weak times are weekends and even then they aren't insanely bad. I need to get more strict with myself about working out. I also need to somehow figure out what my percent body fat is, because everyone says "you look so good!" and "oh you're only heavy from muscle" but the scale number is high and according to the BMI for my age/height I'm almost obese. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Am I just built to be heavy??

Lost two more pounds! The week that I'm not hounding my tracking is the week I lose the weight. Ha! :) I'm okay with it!

I lost a half pound from last week. I need to work on boosting my metabolism and cutting out some carbs.

Feeling frustrated that I have been working hard to stay under my calories and I gained. Grr.
