I could not log my weight this week because I felt so awful. I gained back a few and got back to almost my beginning weight after a huge drop. I didn't log anything this week. This weekend, I'm going food shopping and I may do a juice cleanse. I feel so frustrated. I have been working out and staying under my calories, drinking tons of water and hardly any junk. My only weak times are weekends and even then they aren't insanely bad. I need to get more strict with myself about working out. I also need to somehow figure out what my percent body fat is, because everyone says "you look so good!" and "oh you're only heavy from muscle" but the scale number is high and according to the BMI for my age/height I'm almost obese. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Am I just built to be heavy??

You can do it! Don't stress yourself out. I know giving yourself guilt trips is very difficult to avoid, and we can make ourselves feel worse than anyone else can make up. Sometimes it isn't about the weight either. You could always go see a doctor and get them to find out what your body fat percentage is, and what it should be. Sometimes it may take awhile to get yourself to stay on track. Just when you're eating, ask yourself if you're really hungry, and if you aren't, replace eating with an activity you enjoy. And when you are eating, think only about what you're eating, and really enjoy it. I hope this helps, but don't lose faith! I believe in you, and I know you can do this. (:
