I'm a translator, so I work sitting all day before my computer. However, I used to be a sportswoman in my youth (volleyball) and very active. Now, at 52, I try to keep active; attend Curves gym every day, and walk at least 2 days a week.

SABOTAGE! Is any one else running Into this?
It's all too normal ... my nutritionist's always asking me how my "environment" reacts to my dieting. I lost 13 kg in 2013, and I want to loose 2 more this year, and my daughter keeps telling me "when are you ending this f** diet??", and my husband keeps cooking delicious plates full of fat (olive oil, butter!!) and offering me wine... and my mother inviting me with the only thing she can cook: carbs!!!
...you have to be strong and remind yoursefl all the time that it's you, and only you, who'll take care of the quality of your meals....
KEEP GOING! it's definitely possible to have THEM accept your change!!
