Hello everyone. I am a med student from a little country called Lithuania. I am almost 20 years old now, 180cm high and weigh 108kgs. Thats around 240 pounds on an awerage height guy. I've been this from around 7 years old, and, sadly, as a med student, I study 24/7/365, no time to do sports. It's rarely that I can cook my own food, and recently I noticed, that I do not need a belt, to wear my jeans anymore. That got me really angry, and I decided to take my weight to my own hand, and not to rely on food cooked by my mom or anything.
I didn't tell anyone about my plan to lose weight. Nor to my girlfriend, no to my family members, nor to my roommate. It will be interesting, when they will notice my changes. Especially my mom, becouse I come to visit every month or so, due to my studies.
I'm finding hard to eat less. Probably becouse I;m not used to it. Also, no one is pushing me. But I believe, that I can stay strong and prove myself and others, that will power is something that I have!
