So, it's been a while since my last weigh in (had to replace my scale) But, on the bright side I lost 7 pounds in during the lull. 314.6 I'm 14.8 pounds away from my lowest recorded weight, which was 299.8 pounds. 114.6 from my goal. Lost a total of 19.8 pounds since January 1st (39 days). Losing on average 0.5 pounds a day.

It appears that I have lost about 4-5 inches off my waist. Feeling better and continuing to eat healthier. I've found that if I get a salad in me then I'm less likely to binge as bad. Even if I do end up over eating the lack of calories from the salad certainly lessens the damage that I have done.

We've just rec'd our tax return today. Plus side it means we can get the elliptical. Negative side it means more money towards food so I need to be careful whenever we go out to eat and when we hit the store. Need to keep up with the healthy eating.
