I am using this site to help train for a 12-hour mountain bike endurance race next January 2011. I've done this kind of race before, but wanted to lean out for top performance. I've slacked on training the past six months due to injuries and various other excuses. I've placed top five in the beginner class for this race in 2009. Now I want to place top 3 in my age class which will be more difficult.
Tracking my weight, and beginning to understand what I can eat to first lose, then maintain my weight, I believe, could really help in my quest.
