This is a new year. The past year I have quit smoking. And this year I will lose this weight from me quitting smoking.

I have recently quit smoking and finding it hard to not eat all the time. I have gain weight :( which is the opposite that I want happening. I want a healthier life and it is becoming hard to do when I can't stay on track with my food consumption! I need to stay more constant with my exercise and find food that I can eat without going over my 20 net carbs a day! Feeling defeated atm.

Today I am starting anew. I fell off the wagon back in Nov. when it got cold. I am now starting over and more determined then ever!
