My name is Michael and I am 23years old, going to be 24 in March. I have struggled with my weight growing up, wearing 2XL shirts when I was in the 4th grade, and now I am wearing SMALL to MEDIUM. When I don't keep up with my "diet", and I quote unquote because I just mean how I eat, not necessarily a diet to lose weight, I end up packing on pounds because I over do it with high calorie sweets. This really helps me stay on top of NOT over eating. I work in an office where I sit for 8 hours a day so it's hard to get work outs in, but I am hoping to reach my goal of 175, and maybe gain a few pounds of muscle but we will come to that later.
