Strong workout this morning. Resistance training was good and even added some weight. Feeling good. I find that if I get up and work out right away, I make less excuses. I just have to stay on track and not get distracted between the bed and the gym. Up at 4:30, drank water and was done in the gym by 6. The melatonin is helping me get to sleep on time and I think I'm falling into a good groove.

Low energy day today, I feel stomped like a narc at a biker rally. Lucky to have had such a high energy week, so I'm just going to hit the elliptical machine for some low key cardio and hope for a better day tomorrow.

Feeling much better after 40 minutes on the elliptical. I'll bet there's a lesson in there somewhere!

A little worried about going to Hawaii next month and falling off the routine. I sought out a gym close to where we're staying and made arrangements to get a week pass there. Wife and in-laws all unconcerned chubby eaters and lazy as all heck, I'm dreading this family "vacation"
