I have not been recording in my food journal the past week or so, but I have stayed on the program more than reasonably well. I do like recording what I eat but just been so busy with working full time and going to school full time, and trying to work in my exercise routine, I haven't had a chance to get on this site. I will tell you that I went to a wedding yesterday and tried on dresses that I thought would look horrible because they did 2 months ago, but to my surprise, they looked great and I felt great in them. I went from a 40 double D bra to a 38 Straight D and there is a noticeable difference that I am thrilled about. When Your large on top no matter what you do you always look big in clothes and pictures, even if the rest of you is small. I don't really have problems with my legs, it;s mostly abdomen and boobs. I am losing my abdomen also. I am thrilled. thank you Atkins.

I have been not recording in my food diary the past few days, but I have stuck to the plan pretty exact. I feel great and clothes are getting looser. I cut out the atkins bars for now, I feel they were hindering my weight loss instead I opt for pork rinds and diet jello with a little whip cream. Sometimes I drizzle butter, diet sugar and cinnamon on pork rinds, they are delicious that way. I started school full time last week to get MY BS in Nursing. I also work full time. But once I get down the routine I will start recording every day as much as possible.

Sorry Journal, I have been busy the last couple days. I have written anything in or recorded what I have eaten. but I assure I have stuck to the program. I really like this way of eating. The atkins bars and shakes help a lot. I am a nurse on a busy post op unit and sometimes like today couldn't get lunch. I have a lab coat with huge pockets on the inside of the coat that are the width of the sides of my lab jacket on both sides. I carry my atkins bar in there and pork rinds. I have a milk shake in the refrigerator handy and 2 jellos. so when I can't make it to lunch at least I keep fueling every couple hours. I decided I am going to weigh on Monday. I do feel a lot lighter and notice my clothes getting loser.

Day 8 of my diet and been sticking to more than reasonably well and feel great. I don't crave carbs but I do miss them like an old friend. sometimes feel like something is missing but I have discovered the Atkins bars and shakes. They are my saving grace and pork rinds I put in my salad in place of croutons, works out great. I am figuring out the little secrets one day at a time. I have lost 9 lbs in 7 days. It's worth it.
