I have been not recording in my food diary the past few days, but I have stuck to the plan pretty exact. I feel great and clothes are getting looser. I cut out the atkins bars for now, I feel they were hindering my weight loss instead I opt for pork rinds and diet jello with a little whip cream. Sometimes I drizzle butter, diet sugar and cinnamon on pork rinds, they are delicious that way. I started school full time last week to get MY BS in Nursing. I also work full time. But once I get down the routine I will start recording every day as much as possible.
