Sorry Journal, I have been busy the last couple days. I have written anything in or recorded what I have eaten. but I assure I have stuck to the program. I really like this way of eating. The atkins bars and shakes help a lot. I am a nurse on a busy post op unit and sometimes like today couldn't get lunch. I have a lab coat with huge pockets on the inside of the coat that are the width of the sides of my lab jacket on both sides. I carry my atkins bar in there and pork rinds. I have a milk shake in the refrigerator handy and 2 jellos. so when I can't make it to lunch at least I keep fueling every couple hours. I decided I am going to weigh on Monday. I do feel a lot lighter and notice my clothes getting loser.
