Hi, I'm 27 years old and have always have a problem gaining and loosing weight. Last year lost 23lbs with just cutting bread and sweets, but right now I am in a non-fat-losing period, so guess is normal, but you need to change strategy.
Decided to take the ABS diet, just because all the meals, do's and dont's is what I like to eat, my only problem is the abs:hate to do crunches( do stationary bicycle without problem.
Will start 3 days a week 20min after 1 hour of spinning and will see how I progress, if I progress at all!
Any tips...workout tips...are appreciated
