I've been dancing around 195 for 2 weeks now. Just gotta wait it out, stay away from the multiple SNACKS and drink more water.

For a change, I had coffee with my good 'ol hazelnut creamer this morning. We use the large pump bottle size from Sam's Club . I always did 4 healthy pumps every morning in my coffee and lamented why I wasn't losing weight. (After all, all I had for breakfast was ONE lousey cup of COFFEE) The service size is one teaspoon at 25 Kcal but it dispensed a tablespoon. (Yup,I measured what the pump dispensed. Good thing too, I was just assuming that the pump dispensed just one serving) That was probably my biggest hidden calorie sabotage that creeped up on me over the years since I discovered the product. A daily 300 Kcal cuppa coffee!)

I measure out everything. You don't have to do it forever. I've gotten to the point that I now "know" how much and what to expect calorie-wise.
