How do I change my FS name, I started this three years ago and never continued. I am ready now to commit and to loose weight!!but I do not like the name that I chose.

Need Help
As a mother of two and over weight I struggled with wanting to loose my baby weight while I was breast feeding, but I stuck it out and now my girl is 11 months and I am no longer breast feeding. My girl has had the best start to life thanks to me and now I can concentrate on me. 12 months is nothing in the big picture so I say do not limit yourself and enjoy that time because it goes by too fast. Don't let yourself get light headed and take care of you and your baby by eating when you are hungry. You can eat healthy and smaller portions more often so you will never feel starving and there will always be milk for your little miracle. Another note, you could be maybe low on Iron? Maybe a prenatal vitamin everyday still while breast feeding and more iron rich foods as well as lots of water. They say don't drink your calories but I always had sunripe 100% pure apple juice on hand if I was wanting something other than water in between meals but I only drank one glass a day.
I hope some of this makes you feel better, I was sympathetic to your cause being a mother and woman.
Feel free to write back if you want to ever chat, it is nice having other woman to talk to that have your back!
