OMG!! I am gaining so much. Need to regroup. Started back to class today. Getting drinks again for once a day. Going to walk again. Very disappointed. Working 12 - 15 hours since end of May. Not helping b

I have slowly been gaining weight. I am eating more salty things and sweets, drinking less water and not tracking my food. Spoke with the dietician this week and I am going to get back to the classes with the goal of attending weekly. She will be weighing me so there will be some accountability. I am still under their goal for me but I think I would like to be about 148 or so.
