I'm 37 years old and live in Texas. I work in customer service for a mutual fund organization. I like to run, read and hang out with my friends and eat (bad). I have a dog and a cat.
I don't consider myself overweight, but I would like to be healthy. One of my good frieds is getting married in October of this year and I'd like to lose about 10 pounds before then.
I go to the gym about 3 times a week and run for about 30 minutes. I'd like my exercise habit to increase to 4-5 times a week for about 45 minutes. But for now I guess I'm doing okay. :-)
