I had a stroke 10 years ago. It infected my right side of my body, I can't eat with my right hand, and walk with a swing, with right leg. I have Diabetes bad, Neuropathy in both feet bad,can hardly walk.High Blood pressure, High Cholesteral.The only excersize I get is rideing a house bike. That is hard due to blockage in my left leg. I need all the help I can get about eatting the right food.
