Goodbye 3's ....I don't ever want to see you again!!!
Well, this has been a long slow haul...but I am finally under 300 pounds. I weighed myself this morning, and I am 297.
Doing a happy dance ...bonus...more calories burned. :-)
Anyway, I still have a long haul to go to my goal but boy oh boy, I am glad to see the backside of living in the 3's for years and years!!!!
Positive I have the right formula and strength to do this. I KNOW I can.

Got together with my old college friends on the weekend, so the food and beverage choice wasn't the best, but even so, weighing myself today I am down 3 pounds from last Monday. whoo hoo. I do need to focus on more exercise. It will be the key to losing and keeping the weight off.
