Goodbye 3's ....I don't ever want to see you again!!!
Well, this has been a long slow haul...but I am finally under 300 pounds. I weighed myself this morning, and I am 297.
Doing a happy dance ...bonus...more calories burned. :-)
Anyway, I still have a long haul to go to my goal but boy oh boy, I am glad to see the backside of living in the 3's for years and years!!!!
Positive I have the right formula and strength to do this. I KNOW I can.
