Never thought I'd be counting calories, untill I gained 40 pounds a few years back... I was totally immobile for about a year while recovering from heavy injury. Before that I'd been a slightly underweight sports fanatic.. Immagine the surprise when I tried on my old size 0 pants after becoming slightly overweight!!!
I started using the App to monitor my diet and excersize habits. So it would be easier to recognise patterns, and adjust to a healthier lifestyle.
With the unfailing help of my fysiotherapist I'm slowly improving my physical condition and... losing weight!
Lose some, gain some seems an apropriate description of my bodyshape.. Every now and then I get hammered with a set back, due to overenthousiasm or injury or... Just daily life.
But: the overall vieuw shows I'm getting stronger, fitter and am losing some fatty kilo's again :)
I'm no longer illuding my size 0 clothes will ever fit again, but I'm am pretty sure a size 4 is within reach!
My dietsecret: beets, salads, veggies and ofcourse excersize!!!
