I'm up a bit today. But I knew I would be, because I ate so much last night! I can still feel it sitting in my belly. ^_^

I'm pretty sure that cheddar cheese always makes me start to crave food...I've experimented in the past, and come to that conclusion. But now that I have no grains, I thought maybe it wasn't the cheddar after all. But, lo and behold, I think it still might be.

I'm okay with a bit one day, or maybe other cheeses like monterrey jack...maybe....but too much cheddar and it's like I've had too much sugar or wheat. SO. I know what to do.

Also, yesterday for some reason I thought it would be a good idea to force myself to eat breakfast. Before I actually felt like eating. Because you know, "breakfast is good for you". Ha.

But I wasn't hungry!

So....I'mma eat when I'mma hungry!!!

Ans atop when I'm full!!

And perhaps discontinue with all that cheddar cheese eating.....

If I'm hungry then I'mma eat!
