I just started taking out most dairy (still have some cream and butter) so maybe my weight will start to go down now. Actually I think it's lower than I put it at today, but I have a really old scale and it doesn't always work. So I want to be very sure when I pass under that milestone weight!! Haha. :D

Edit: I feel so much better already, cravings wise. Mostly from just stopping cheese! That includes cream cheese. I've learned this in the past, about cheese, but I just.....forgot, I guess. Maybe because a little bit at a time never bothers me. But a lot of the time, a little turns to a lot, and it's so subtle that I don't realise the increase...until I'm running around like a mad person trying to eat the whole world!!

So anyway. I ordered some fancy cheeses that I'll get next month, but aside from that, I'll try to keep out of the whole cheese thing. Cream cheese, I don't know...my mind felt happy, but, I did have all the cravings. Don't know if it was a contributing factor - probably was - bleh.

Anyway....damn you, cheese and stuff.

But atleast I have lost weight and I don't crave things!! So let's just see how this continues.

Daaaaaaaaamn I ate so much yesterday! PMS appetite kills me.
Also, I had been walking a lot, and that increased my appetite too. ALSO, I'd been binging on cheese and dairy products, and to me, that stuff is freakin addicting. I have been talking about lowering dairy or taking it out, but haven't actually done it.

WELL.

Today, I tried. I'm not as concerned about butter or cream, but eerything else.....gack. I did order some fancy cheeses for next month, and I think that will be ok. But anything else and I binge on it. It's terrible. Why don't I learn from past mistakes. Many times in the past I've learned that the more cheese I eat, the more my appetite grows not just for cheese and dairy, but for ALL THE FOODS. Damn, it's as bad as sugar and wheat in that regard!!

So....today I did better. I had cream in coffee, butter on peas. No actual cheese or whatever. I do still have a bottle of local yogurt, which is alright.

I probably shouldn't have had beans or that tiny bit of potato, but whatever. Tweaking slowly. Changing things slowly. I must have patience. :)

People people... what kind of bacon do you have where you live?!? I can't find bacon in the system like the kind I always get (and I always get different brands). Each slice has about 100 cals. But all the ones in the system have like 23, 70, 50 cals for two or three pieces or something....wtf??

ANYWAY. I'm too lazy to input my own, but I guess I will later. So the stats for it are all off. Whatever. I atleast input enough to make the cals similar... xD

So I'm doing okay, weight is the same, but still feel thin. It's a miracle that I haven't gained weight! I was staying with my family this past week, and I binged so much, every day! But only on LCHF.

There was one day though where I had sugary chocolate, and then some dish with lentils, split peas, and and a vegetable mix that had barley. OMG the PAIN!!! Gallbladder.... I think. But grains and sugar do it to me. Apparently there's a connection with gallbladder and gluten intolerance. So.... I know what NOT to do/eat!!

I also need to focus on maybe eating less... I don't know, it's nice to binge all the time and not gain weight, but I'd like to, you know, LOSE weight again?? I'm one of those people who are absolutely baffled at people who don't know how to get in enough calories or fat on LCHF. Um... it's so easy!!! For breakfast I had almost 700cal, and if I added coconut oil to my coffee it would have been 800+

Well anyway....must get ready for yoga. And sorry I know I have messages to respond to so I will hopefully be able to do that later!!! ^_^
