My first loss in a looooong while!! It is small but it is a start. I plateaued on Atkins and although I loved it, it was too hard to maintain and all my weight came back. Since Jan. 2010 I have lost 30 pounds over a few different diets. I am calorie counting now with exercise and one spike day.

Switching to Spike Diet hoping to quicken my metabolism. I crash dieted too many times...
Also, rejoined the gym since it will soon be too cold and dark to walk outside in the morning.
