was supposed to be a high day today which means I eat 1500 calories. Well, got talked into a pizza buffett for lunch because it was a chance to habg out with people I never see. Needless to say even with my restraint, I am over 1500. I probably will not be hungry for dinner though so hopefully some exercise will even things out.

Had a fabulous Spike Day yesterday with homemade chili dogs during the football game and lunch out with Daddy-O! Weight is up a little but, apparenly according to the book that is to be expected. Low day and a work out should get m back on track. We will see how this diet works for me.

Spike day!!!!! Not down all that much yet but, I will give it a few weeks for my body to adjust.
