Today I am restarting my nutrition journey. My fitness has been perfect for the last few months and the only reason I have not been able to lose weight is because of my nutrition. Here it goes, again. I can and will do this. 12lbs in 6 week - easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy!

Today I ate up until 8pm. I will not be eating again until 1pm tomorrow. That is 17 hours. I am slowly extending out my fasting period! I would prefer to do a 18/6 split with my schedule but I am being flexible. I eat my full 1,700-2,000 calories every day and I am eating whole foods that support a healthy system. One thing I will be changing is my fat intake...my fat macros have been close to 45-50% of my daily macros...it's supposed to be around 20-30% max!! Change must happen! I feel amazing when I eat healthy so now I just have to keep it up and commit.
