It’s the last day of June, so I’m very disappointed in myself.
I’m 10 miles short on my June Challenge Award🥇 I just can’t do it before midnight 🕛 😞
Hopefully, I can complete July’s challenge successfully 😊

We went out to dinner with family for a belated Father’s Day celebration.
No, I’m not logged what I ate 🤫
Everything was so delicious 😋
We had such a good time, we closed the restaurant 😆

I still need more protein & less carbs, but I really like my coffee with cream & sugar.
