It’s a sad day and the scale is fickle today. The scale fluctuated, giving me 3 different readings. 195.5, 196 & 197, I reluctantly chose the middle number.
After a short intermission…
I really didn’t like that number, so I did a few, what I call, belly dancing moves, then sat on the throne. My new number is 195.5, I’ll take it.

Not good 😌
I have to admit, I could have done better.
This week I had wine, a few cocktails, 4th of July celebration & snacks.
I’ll try to do better this week.
