I want to just get my health back in shape. Been suffering from Gout and extreme pain in both my feet. My thyroid is now under control with medication. Joined Yoga a week ago. My BP has been on the higher side with 150/90 averaging for weeks now. Have started on a 40mg Betacar since 3 days.
