I am a Canadian female, 54 years young and enjoying this chapter of my life as I have all chapters. Over the past 10 years, I have gained about 60 pounds that I can happily get rid of. I am approaching this opportunity with excitement and a great anticipation of improving both my physical and mental health by increasing my energy and abilities to participate in a greater number of activities. I have a terrific support system in place with my husband/best friends encouragement and participation in a program along side with me. (His goal is about 30 pounds) Working together on our goals is a major key for both of us. We will keep each other on track because it is important to both of us that we each succeed.
