So as I entered all my food for the day into my journal, I realized that all the foods I am eating is mostly carbs and fat. I am starting to understand why I am losing weight so slow. I am extremely happy that I am losing weight; it's just so disheartening when it's two lbs a week! I am going to start my personal challenge. (even though I signed up for two that I am really excited about)

First challenge: to FREAKING eat my god dang on breakfast!
Even if it's just grabbing a banana and toast... Maybe an egg, well whatever it should be. It needs to be something. I go too many days without eating breakfast with the exception of coffee which brings me to my next challenge!

Second challenge: don't drink your carbs, DUMMY!!!!!
With the exception of new years eve, which I shall factor into my calories... I seriously need to stop drinking my calories... Coffee/ fruit juice... Stupid crap like that. I think the hardest will be the coffee. And I am not trying to deprive the body of the nutritious ness that is sweet tea! Lol but it will be kept to a minimum of 300 calories a WEEK... "make it work!"

Last but MOST DEFINITELY not least: stop eating in front of the television
I know this might not seem like that big of a deal but I have realized that not only do I eat more but I eat faster... Most of the time I am finished with my meal before the show or movie goes on break. This leaves me feeling stuffed and usually over eating... I really want to break this habit most of all... Well I don't know I hate all these habits!

Tomorrow is a new day, and I shall (lol at my old language talk) kick its ass! Go me!
