This is my most recent step to ensure my weight lost. I am no longer able to eat high quantities of food, so this is very beneficial in my NEW lifestyle choice. However, the foods that I eat are high in sugars and in fat... WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!!! AHHH!!!
I have to change this about myself, so this will be my hard look in the mirror. Today.... ugh... i didn't do so hot. I ate a really delicious cheese danish from Starbucks, as well as a tall White Mocha. :(
TOMORROW I will do Better! :)
