not bad i would like more but still hard to get motivated in -20 and 2 feet of snow. Soon it will be light till 11pm and the snow will go next week. We should be in the +'s got lots of work to get done when the snow goes.

i had bacon and took off 45g of fat. the pack said uncooked amount should i take 45g of fat off the amount of bacon i eat? i'm way over my fat but did not eat that much fat. i made bacon creamcheese tomato sandwiches but no bread i used bacon as bread yummmmm

been enjoying stake with cream sauce. sauce is stake pan deglaze with Marsala wine. cream mustard and green onions. i need some pepper corns

the 5th of march i hit ketosis the problem i was having was that i did not know how much i was eating. the next day i found fatsecret now my numbers are real good.over a month of a keto and -10 and +5 pounds not going well. 3 days fatsecret and down 3 pounds. i like how i get to play with the food to get the numbers i want. yahoo
