I worked out really good today but I'm eating and drinking like crap. Could be worse!
Tomorrow is a new day and I can start all over again.

Did not eat very as well as I would have liked. I keep playing with how many calories I can have. I still don't make it close except it splurge and go all out. I keep forgetting to eat breakfast so I'm going to eat oatmeal tomorrow and start with the simple thing. Maybe that will help my weight loss too.
I walked for 47 minutes today. I'm working on walking for a whole hour. I started lifting weights and doing floor exercises. I'm am starting to notice a difference in my body. Still no scale so I can't weight in. That is sucky.
Until I remember to get one, I'm using a measuring tape and that is sweet to see the inches come off.
Good Mood because of a great workout this morning.

Today I saw my Mom for the first time in a while and she said she could tell I'm losing weight. So that made me excited. She wanted to take me and my daughter out to eat. I know I could have made better choices while eating..But it actually tasted really good. I have been really good for a month so I think one treat is okay. Next time I think I would look up the calories of what I'm going to choose because that was way over board in my opinion.
All in All, I'm happy with my progress and I'm glad she noticed I lost weight and my cloths are getting looser. So I can forgive myself for eating so much. Plus for dinner I'm going to have a green salad with black beans for protein. SO I'm not completely off.

So today I made a better attempt to eat better but I fell of the wagon with the ramon noodles I guess that is fatty. But I only at like 1/4 of it because my husband had eaten most of it.
I also made a point to drink a ton more water and that is helping me. I think the main reason I'm not losing weight is my IBS is being a pain in the butt again.
I love walking everyday..I walk even in the rain as long as its not lightening outside.
I'm starting my burpee thing tomorrow.

What in the hell is wrong that I can't ever get up to 900 cals accept occasionally and that sucks. Because if you don't eat enough you can gain too.
Ugh back to planning everything out again.
