What in the hell is wrong that I can't ever get up to 900 cals accept occasionally and that sucks. Because if you don't eat enough you can gain too.
Ugh back to planning everything out again.

Have you tried eating breakfast or an extra me during the day? Are you gaining or just afraid you are going to start?

I'm going to try eating breakfast from now on..I usually do just now lately because of rushing. But I think I'm going to make it a point. I'm a little afraid of gaining, but I don't have a scale because mine broke. So I don't even know if I've gained or lost. I suspect nothing just because my clothes fit the same as they always have. I exercise everyday and I'm starting to switch that up so see if that helps as well as the intensity level.

Do you do exercise videos? I found one from collagevideo.com that is called Plateau buster. It is designed to do just that. It is only 30 minutes and has 2 complete workouts, but you also have the ability to mix and match the segments you like best.
