So today I made a better attempt to eat better but I fell of the wagon with the ramon noodles I guess that is fatty. But I only at like 1/4 of it because my husband had eaten most of it. I also made a point to drink a ton more water and that is helping me. I think the main reason I'm not losing weight is my IBS is being a pain in the butt again.
I love walking everyday..I walk even in the rain as long as its not lightening outside.
I'm starting my burpee thing tomorrow.
