Day off today so no exercise.Still adjusting to this low carb eating.Had ribs today and a steak.I must say I do miss rice or a potato with my steak and bbq sauce on my ribs.lol

Keto sticks still show moderate ketosis.Going to have to cut back on the pork rinds and cheese for snacks.I read that milk protein in cheese can cause a stall in weight loss for some people.

I actually expected to gain because I had quite a bit of salt yesterday.Should be a bigger drop by tomorrow.

Got in a half hour of cardio in the morning.Another successful carb free day.Had a craving for chips so had some pork rinds instead.Made me extra thirsty though and ended up drinking a gallon and a half of water today.Wouldn't be surprised if my weight is up a bit tomorrow.

Today was a good day.Did an hour of cardio in the morning.Kept to my diet all day and drank a gallon of water.Also hit the weights in the evening.Now If I could do this everyday for the next few months I might actually get into shape.lol
