Unofficial weight this morning 68.9kg. I am up with only 400g. If all goes well I will be able to lose that with my double training session tonight...
I have also booked 6 sessions with a personal trainer and starting this week. Hopefully it will give my weight loss a boost.

Wow didn't expect any drop with Shark week. Must be because I have changed my training routine.

Unofficial weight this morning 68.7kg another small drop which I find weird as I always have a gain during Shark week... Oh well lets wait and see what happens on Friday...

Unofficial weight this morning 69kg :-) I am down 100g from Friday, this is the first time I have not had a gain after a weekend...
I am not going to get my hopes up since shark week is approaching and I will probably see a gain...
