I decided not to weigh this morning going to try and only weigh on a Friday morning so that the scale doesn't demotivate me when the figures go up and down...
Had 2 amazing kick classes last night and an awesome session with the Personal Trainer at 6am this morning... Feeling very energised..

My weight is up again this morning despite the training I did this weekend, but I think it may be due to shark week approaching.
My personal trainer has suggested I forget about the scale and worry about cm's. I will still log my weight every Friday and just see what happens.
We measured this morning and I am down 23cm in total. I am happy with that.

Glad to see no gain this week especially after picking up so much over last weekend...
Holding thumbs I can hold it together this weekend so that I have no gain on Monday...

Unofficial weight 68.7kg. Hoping to atleast keep the same weight this week..
Lets hope the 2 classes tonight help me lose the gain I still have.

Unofficial weight this morning 68.9kg. so I am still up 900g from Friday. I doubt I am going to see any loss this week... Oh well you win some and you lose some...
