Unofficial weight this morning is back up to 70kgs. That is a 2kg gain since Friday... I think that might be due to water retention, well I hope so.
Will wait and see what happens tomorrow after my 2 hour session tonight.

I'm happy with this loss. Going to try eat clean this weekend and will be training on Saturday and Sunday... Hopefully there will be no gain on Monday...
