wow. my challenge is STILL growing! words just cant describe how happy and proud of myself i am!!! i dont think i have ever been so successful at anything like this. people dont usually care to hear my oppinion and take my advice quite so much. i guess im just having a good week. well. my challenge starts in one day, and i couldnt be more excited. as im sure youve figured out. i dont really feel all that much better today, but i got up anyways and took a short walk, then decided to check on my progress with my challenge and write a journal entry. and boy am i glad i did. it made me feel so much better. even tho i still feel physically ill. because i had been so depressed all morning until just a few minutes ago. anyways. thats all i have to say at the moment. i think ill take a tylonol and try to get a nap in. i never noticed how being sick can really wear you out...

hey hey. i now have 25 people in my challenge (including myself)! so i am very excited about that. i know we will all do great!!! so on another topic. i made a really good friend yesterday. he is so encouraging!!! and unfortunately, i havent been extremely active the past 2 days, but ill get up and going again tomorrow. promise... really. i will. :)and i plan a weigh in friday. im not sure ive done all that great tho. i havent been very motivated to get out of bed this week. ive not been feeling so good either, so that doesnt help. :( but ill get up tomorrow no matter how i feel cuz i know its really important. especially since here i am, giving 24 other people (so far) all of these tips and im slacking myself.... but ill write more later. i have to get to sleep so it can be an early morning tomorrow!!!

Hey Hey! Two people have already joined my challenge! I'm VERY excited! I just can't wait to get this callenge started! I hope they have already started on my mini challenges. I hope to make friends as well as help change lives!!! That is my goal with this challenge! Today has been really good so far. Besides the whole challenge thing, I went and had breakfast with my mom this morning. It was nice. We don't do that stuff very often and I hadn't seen her for about 3 or 4 days now. So that really brightened my day! I woke up pretty early this morning. I didn't get to sleep til late, but not nearly as late as the other night!!! :) I'm trying really hard to get my sleeping schedule as close to a normal persons as possible... I've always had a problem with being tired all the time and a tendancy to sleep in late. really late. but now that i'm up doing more, i feel more like getting up in the morning. so i guess the whole reason was lack of exercise... (just like my mom said... and all these years i thought i might have a sleeping disorder... lol) so this is all exciting! i really have things going for me so far!
