3 days til my 5K race on 9/11. Colors are white, blue and red. Time to update my closet LOL Did my last run today, no exercising til sun, need 2 days rest, no lifting either, arghh, is it over yet? LOL
Anyway my goal is to finish under 25mins! :D

Chest and abs 2day - I killed my body, was hard to drive back home. My arms failed when I was doing incline flyes with 20lbs dumbbells! :-o

Been sleeping all day like a bear, I guess I overtrained.. Going back for more 2mor! Yay!

I did some nutrition analysis for the last 3 months, since I started bodybuilding and I see that maybe I don't eat enough that's why my muscle gain is so slow.
My calorie intake:
June 2011: - food - 1500, exercise - 1900
July 2011: food - 1600, exercise - 1800 ---> lost 2lbs
August 2011: food - 1700, exercise - 1700 ---> lost 2lbs
September 2011: just pumped up my intake to 2000 just like USDA suggested, so we'll see how that goes next month! :)
My main concern is muscle gain without fat gain, I'm tired of toothpick looking arms! Question though - on non-training days looks like I'm only burning around 1500cal, should I still eat 2000cal that day or should I cut it down to activity level of 1500?
