Ok so did something really really stupid. I was so peeved off about last week that I took some senna max to help things along. Took it on sat, sun and Monday. Never again. I have had such stomach aches and felt so crummy for the last few days it's so not worth it. Also it actually made me eat more as was looking for something to soothe my stomach. So any of u thinking of havi g a helping hand. Totally don't do it so not worth it. INSTEAD I have found this website that delivers heathy snacks direct to ure office. The idea is that you graze throughout the day and so stop u from getting the cravings and stop u from falling off the wagon. Three boxes a week costs just over £10. So am going to try that and combine it with my shakes. U can do lots of different things as well so I have chosen the lighter boxes where everything is under 150kcals. The website is www.graze.com for any of u in the uk. Well worth a look. All the stuff really really sounds yummy even though its healthy.

OMG last week was so hard, i really felt down in the dumps and for the first time in awhile ate emotionally. But this weekend pushed through and managed to get my weight back down.But i really have to remind myself that it is a stuggle and i will have times that nothing happens or that i will gain weight. just got to stay strong. Going to stay extra good this week as have a wedding at the weekend. And a) want to look good and b) know that there will be lots of food at the wedding.Also went for a run on the weekend, first one in 3 weeks and managed to run 2.5 miles and stopped only twice. not bad going i think seeing as i havent gone for awhile. but its raining again today...suprise suprise!!! Anyway get to get on with work... here is to a succesfull week!

Went up to 210.8 and now down to 207. 1lbs gross loss..not great but not bad. got to push through this week and make up for it.

Really hard week this week as was up at 210.8 for the majority with no shift. So only 1lbs from last week. Last week was such a kick in the gut but this week WILL be better. X

For f'sake. STILL 210.08. Not even a mili pound down. To annoyed to talk. Last time I relax for 2 days. So not worth the problems and ANNOYANCE.
