For f'sake. STILL 210.08. Not even a mili pound down. To annoyed to talk. Last time I relax for 2 days. So not worth the problems and ANNOYANCE.

Right so have totally failed today....totally totally totally. So have had ice cream and pasta and potato waffles and had 2 croissant and have just failed. Totally emotionally eating because Of this f'ing weight gain. Which is ridiculous because by eating I'm just gaining more weight. Tomorrow and sunday I'm going to do slimfast for the 3 meals and also going to go for a run tomorrow. Not going to be eating potatoes or bread after today as think that's what made me put on the weight. Reading back on my profile I said I knew that there would be set backs and days where the fight was going to be hard. Just so pissed that I was doing so well and now just failing. Hey ho... Fake it till you make it.

Kat it seems as if your metabolism needs a boost. I know mine does! I googled "how to boost your metabolism" and i read some good articles which gave me some good ideas! I'm heading to the gym now to try them out! Come on....YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!

Thank you!!! I looked online and am going to follow a few of the things. I actually have kiwis in my fridge and am going to add some cinimmion to my shakes. Weighed myself today and am bang on 210. Going for a run today and having shakes, veg and fruit to eat. That's it. Not going to weigh myself tomorrow either and just cross my fingers for Monday. Your right....I CAN DO THIS.
