Hi Everyone!
I have missed you all.
I left for awhile to take care of my daughter. Mental illness can be very taxing on the entire family! I have been doing pretty good on my new way of eating. I'm still going to the gym too! This little weight gain will be gone soon! :) Yeah! Positive thinking=positive results!:))
Since my journey on F,S, I have been eating healthier, and that includes eating low Carbs.(My weight gainer.)I now can mentally calculate my calories, and I mentally know when I am blowing it. I'm guessing, that you guys already know when your blowing your diet as well! Smile!
Yes,I have gained some weight. It is apparent that I still need to stay on F.S, probably the rest of my life. :) For you new F.S. people...this F.S really works. I lost all of my weight and then some because of F.S- What worked for me? (I did a calorie count, low carbs, and I stayed in touched with my Buddies, my accountability partners!) :) I have some really nice friends on here. I hope that you, my friends will take me back as your buddies?

Hello Buddies!:)
I hope that all of you are losing all the weight that you so desired.
Just checking in with you all! Food is always on my mind. (unfortunately!) It appears that as soon as I let my guard down, "I EAT!" I have been hitting the gym though. In one and a half week, I was able to get my BMI down. :) 35BMI not bad for a women in her sixties, right? :)

I am still in love with cookies and ice cream. Well, I had to feed the squeals (again!)-more cookies that I brought home!LOL the ice cream melted b4 I could feed them that!haha When am I going to ever learn?? :))

I found a lake near by that you cam swim in. So in the summer's, I am going to be hitting the lake instead of the pool!

My Tip of the night! if you gota eat sweets, Try the jello sugar free (chocolate-Um) pudding type. With just a little Reid-whip, you have a great dessert with very low calories!
