Enjoy the Diet PLan for 30 days
have a wedding to attned on 5th Oct. My objective is to lose 5kg. I eat smaller portion, less oily, low carbo, sugar and salty. And need drink more water.

Daily exercise like morning walk or stretching for 15 mins.


Daily Schedule:
Breakfast at 8.30am, Lunch at 12pm, 3pm drink 300ml water to replace teabreak, light dinner at 6pm, 8-10pm workout. enjoy a pac of red wine or plum wine at 11pm before bed time.
