I am the mother of a beautiful little boy who is about to turn 1. I have been married for almost 3 years. I work full time and go to school full time. I am wanting to get back on track and develop a healthy lifestyle for many reasons. One of which is to set a good example for my son so that he doesn't fall into the trap of poor eating and exercising habits. Anything else, just ask :)
