I am 55 and diagnosed with Hypo thyriod and on medication. I joined a gym and exercise most days for about an hour and still can not lose weight. My kness and legs hurt most of the time so walking is hard for me. I think I eat good, chicken, fish, vegetables. But I noticed I eat a lot of sugar. Sugar in my coffee and snack foods. This is my weakness. I want to try this to see if maybe it will work. It's depressing because I know certain foods triger my thyroid. I need my mind set to realize I'm getting older and want to look good and be here for my nine grandchildren.
3-7-16 - UPDATED: My thyroid levels are good now...off my meds. No excuse now...I'm doing this.
