Joined WW in August of 2012. Have lost 35 pounds and am now at my goal weight. Tracking my food, drinking water and walking have helped me succeed. I also stopped drinking all diet soda. At first this started out as a way to look better but it is now all about feeling better.

Here is a favorite I eat almost every day... Follow the directions for making Jell-O. (I use sugar-free). But instead of adding a second cup of cold water, use a container of Dannon Light Yogurt. Mix until the hot water dissolves the yogurt. Refrigerate. You can use vanilla with any flavor of Jell-O but I love to match up the same flavors.... Peach Jell-O with peach yogurt. Strawberry is really good, too.
