Sister-in-laws wedding in a few weeks, and 10 yr high school reunion in a month,...none of my dresses fit...time to lose the weight!!! Trying to walk everyday, and do some dvd exercises every few days as well...watching what I eat...trying not to splurge...so far i'm doing ok...I'm hoping to at least lose 15 pounds before the wedding, and 20-25 pounds before the reunion...but i'm not going to lose any sleep over it if I don't. I am feeling better now that I'm back to exercising!! I feel like I have more energy everyday :) Haven't eaten a whole lot today...just a little breakfast with coffee, a little lunch with a cal. free energy juice, and water with my dinner. I think I could still use some water...lol. Walked 1 mile while I was on the phone with my sister, while holding my 8 month old who weighs 22 lbs!! YIPPEE!! Talk about mulit-tasking...lol Now I'm trying to wind down a little bit, hoping to relax enough to get to sleep in the next few hours.
